Description:Our holiday house Stavlo offers 70m2 of living space on the edge of Pitsidia on a quiet path with no traffic. The roof terrace offers beautiful views of the Ida mountain chain, the Messara plain and Pitsidia. There are a traditional Cretan sofa or bench, sun loungers, a table, chairs and a barbecue. The terrace can also be reached via the 10m2, partially-roofed forecourt. House Stavlo has large, double-glazed windows which make the house bright and airy. Due to its unique building style, the indoor climate is pleasantly moderated – even in the height of summer. An air conditioning unit cools the house further if needed. During the winter, the house can be heated by using the air conditioning system, electric radiators and, of course, the open fireplace. The house with its two levels can be used by up to 3 persons. The bright dining area with its olive wood-and-glass table and chairs opens into the living and kitchen area, with its small, fitted kitchen – fully equipped with coffee percolator, refrigerator with freezing compartment, dishwasher, electric oven and hob. The two leather chairs in front of the open stone fireplace invite you to listen to music from the stereo system. The large bathroom comprises many features such as a corner bathtub set in stone, a washing machine and hairdryer. Stairs lead up to the sleeping area with double bed, a wardrobe and a roof terrace. A second bed offers excellent views over the area. The interior fittings and décor are of a high standard and offer every comfort to make your holiday more enjoyable.

Description:This is one of the original summer cabins with a wonderful mountain cabin look and feel that has been updated with modern amenities to make your stay convenient and comfortable. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Included in the rental is the main cabin with two bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths with shower only and the bunkhouse with one bedroom and one full bath with tub and shower. There are two sleeper sofas in the living room that can sleep up to 4 adults. We include free housekeeping with your rental. The cabin will be clean and the beds will be made with clean sheets and pillow cases when you arrive. At the end of your stay just leave the beds unmade and the dirty towels on the floor. Our housekeeper will clean the cabin for you. It's a better way to end your vacation rather than spending the last hours cleaning. Access to the private Twain Harte Lake is also included. Contact us to see a video of our property. Rates Standard Rates $180 per night Refundable security deposit of $200 Rental includes admission to the members only lake in Twain Harte. Lake tickets are $5 per day per person and are purchased at the lake. All rates include a cleaning fee and taxes. The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning. Additional fees may apply for pet cleanup or overly dirty conditions. Cancellation Fees: A $200 deposit is required to hold a reservation. There is a $50 fee for cancellations prior to 14 days before the first rental date. There is a $150 fee for cancellations 14 days or less before the first rental date.
