Description:There are some stunning views from the terraces and sitting room of the mountains towards Begur. There is a supermarket, pharmacy etc. with in a few minutes drive. The villa has been restored in a modern, attractive and comfortable way. It has plenty of natural light and is an ideal family property, with the four good sized bedrooms it is also suitable for two families or an extended family. It is on two levels with two terraces one of which has a barbecue and the other a newly built swimming pool with walk in steps. The bedrooms on the lower ground floor have direct access to the pool. There are some great mountain views from the terraces and some of the bedrooms and sitting room. Accommodation The villa consists of: entrance level - large combined sitting/dining and very well equipped modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven. Two bedrooms ? one with a double bed the other with a twin, shower room. From the sitting room there is an exit to a covered terrace with barbecue and table and chairs. There are also internal stairs leading down: to the lower level which has two further bedrooms ? one with double bed and the second with twin beds and a full bathroom, the two bedrooms lead to the terrace with the swimming pool with walk in steps. All the terraces have great mountain views. If your stay is longer than 10 days, there will be a clean at the end of each week which is included in the price. Description:La Noc3ab Bussu is situated in a small hamlet about 5 miles south of the enchanting medieval town of Dinan and is well placed to explore this interesting town and to enjoy its restaurants and shops. Thursday morning's market is a must. The Breton countryside is ideal for walking or cycling and there is easy access to the beaches (35 minutes), Dinard golf course (30 minutes) and the walled city of St. Malo (35 minutes) as well as numerous other historical sites, horse-riding and sailing etc. The cottage was a small farmhouse (une fermette), which has been carefully converted into an attractive and spacious country cottage with ample room for a family of four to six people to holiday in comfort. There is a small orchard and sunny, south facing garden with garden table, chairs and barbecue. Guests are requested not to smoke in the house. The accommodation comprises: Ground floor - Large kitchen with gas cooker, electric oven and dishwasher, sitting room, bathroom and toilet. There is an automatic washing machine availalbe. Also, TV with English channels and broadband internet with wireless facilities. For cooler days there are enclosed wood burning fires in the kitchen and in the sitting room (wood for burning is not included in the price).
