Description:Kitsilano Cottage, the structure, is a heritage designation qualified 1916 Craftsman bungalow, typical of the Kitsilano neighbourhood. It has been meticulously restored and ethically upgraded to provide modern living convenience with architectural integrity with its origins. A Suite @ Kitsilano Cottage is a single, upscale, self-contained, garden level suite. It is approximately 825 square feet. There are two bedrooms. One has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. There is, a double sized sofabed in the living room. The furnishings are a blend of antique and authentic hardwood reproductions in the Craftsman or, as our guests from the United Kingdom fondly refer to it, Macintosh style. The suite has its own private entry, patio, separate private phone line with TAD, hi definition LCD-TV with DVD/VCR and digital cable featuring pay per view and video on demand, Broadband Internet access by Ethernet & WiFi, stereo, a single bathroom with tub/shower, full deluxe Cook's kitchen facilities and in suite laundry facilities, for guest use. Daily rate guests, staying over a week, are provided weekly linen changes and cleaning service. Breakfast is not served. Also for daily rate guests', the suite is provisioned with, fresh fruit and baking, coffee and tea preparation supplies for a complimentary, self catered, continental breakfast, for the first morning. Beyond that, we recommend the many wonderful restaurants, within walking distance. There is always the option of using the suite's well-equipped cooking facilities for preparing meals. There are several grocers, within easy walking distance, offering a good variety of your favourite, meal preparation ingredients. Please note, A Suite @ Kitsilano Cottage does not allow pets, however we can recommend boarding services for the same. Note also that we are a non-smoking facility. While cigarette smoking outside is permitted, absolutely no smoking indoors is allowed.

Access is via the A9 motorway, exit 27 (Sommières), it is situated in the vineyard just 35 kilometer from the sea, 10 kilometer and 15 kilometer cevennes of the Camargue. The attractions are permanent, it is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in a splendid. This villa is designed to accommodate 12 people, is located in a small village called Gailhan, winegrowers village near the town of Sommieres. Please note that this villa is located next to another house which is the exact replica of it. Thus it is possible to increase capacity to 24 persons renting the 2 villas in the same group. The fee will be slightly altered to lower the rental fee will not be doubled. The villa is composed as follows: a living over 50m ², a fitted kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 garage and 1 storeroom. The garden has an area of 1100m ² pool included. Equipment is complete with TV, Sterio, hi-fi, internet, games, books available to children and adults. To the outside we have garden furniture for 12 people (table and chairs) and 7 bath chairs and 2 umbrellas and a barbecue.
