Description:Ocean Rhapsody is a light and airy, modern villa which offers six bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms. Luxurious house features include a private swimming and diving pool in the garden at the rear of the villa, with sun-loungers, palm trees and umbrellas to shelter you from the midday sun. As you enter Ocean Rhapsody you are welcomed by a grand entrance and lounge, with white marble tiled floor, with veins of pale and dusky pink running through them. The ceiling is almost 10 feet high and gives the villa a very open and airy feel. There is an open staircase climbing up and around the entrance, leading up to the gallery lounge. In the main lounge downstairs there is a large very comfortable leather settee, an open marble fireplace and a 42 large screen TV with satellite. Huge French windows open up to the patio, pool and beach. The rear garden is a spacious tropical garden, with a gate leading directly onto the soft white sand and turquoise waters of one of the finest beaches on the island. There is a rinse off shower in the garden. Next to the main lounge is a second lounge/reading room with wooden paneled flooring and two big comfy settees. This room also has French windows leading out to the patio at the rear of the villa. Opposite this lounge is a twin bedded room which looks out to the front of the property, again these beds can be linked to create a king size bed. At the end of this corridor is a Queen size bedroom with waterbed and en-suite bathroom. This room has a French window leading out to a separate patio to the rear of the house. To the left of the main lounge is the dining room with a big heavy table made from stone from the Red Sea and seating for eight people. Beyond this is the engine room, the kitchen. A large fully equipped, spacious room, with cool tiled floor and black granite work surfaces. Next to this is a breakfast room with French windows leading out to the pool. On the other side of the kitchen is snug sitting room with views out to the pool and two further bedrooms, each of these bedrooms can be twin bedded or the beds may be linked to create King Size. These two rooms share a bathroom. Walking up the wooden staircase you arrive at the gallery lounge with wood paneled floor and huge French windows leading out onto the balcony. This lounge is furnished with four large comfortable armchairs, perfect for that afternoon snooze! Open the French windows, sit back, relax and let the sound of the ocean rhapsody drift over you. There are a further three bedrooms along this corridor, two of which are en-suite. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and is a large and comfortable room, with a walk in dressing room and a beautiful and luxurious pink marble en -suite bathroom, with a private balcony, twin basins, large walk in shower and a corner Jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom upstairs also has a king size bed and looks out to the front of the property and the canal side of the property. The third bedroom has twin beds, which can be linked to create a King Size Bed, and has views of the beach. A 10 minute drive from the villa takes you to Lucaya Square, where you will find lots of Duty Free shopping, restaurants and bars and a straw market is held here each morning. This is a lively area and most nights there is entertainment and dancing in the Square. Across the road from here is the Isle of Capri Casino, at Our Lucaya Beach and Golf resort.
