The pool measures approximately 6x4 metres with 1.3 metre depth and added square steps. Although fenced in there is also a security cover provided. A badminton/volleyball net available. Sun loungers and tables and chairs available all over the site for flexible al fresco eating. There is a boat and canoe available for use on the small river with parental supervision and some lifejackets. There is UK freeview tv via satellite, plus dvd and video players with many films provided. Many books to suit all tastes, board games etc. The grounds are large and provide freedom for the adventurous. This family sized house is ideal for friends or extended families sharing in its large flexible accommodation and large grounds and private swimming pool. The kitchen door is on a level with the gardens leading to the pool and terrace/barbecue area and other outside seating areas. The property gives flexibility to find sun or shade in these large grounds of over 12 acres, mostly left wild. Ferry discounts available. The owner lives on the grounds in the nearby cottage with domestic pets and of course the many wild animals and birds are to be found in abundance. There is good walking, cycling and fishing in this little class A (Carp, Perch, Chub & Trout) source river by the house or in surrounding area rivers or in the nearby lake. Close to Josselin (Chateau) on the Nantes to Brest canal (River L'Oust) and Vannes (walled medieval city) as well as the old town of Ploermel, just 3 miles away. Play area near pool consists of swings and see-saw. There are steps up to the front door of the house and a side access on the first floor level leading to a terrace area via the kitchen, washing line, swimming pool area and terrace. There is a large BBQ and many seating areas with umbrellas so furniture need not be dragged around! This property is a must for those with interest in nature and wildlife as the 8 hectare plot and river provide a multitude of both. The owner also has dogs and cats in the nearby cottage.
