Description:The villa was the show home for the development and is tastefully decorated with all appliance upgrades you would expect. It comes with a larger than average swimming pool and hot spa. n nThe pool area is complemented by a large outdoor table with ample chairs and lounge seats for all guests. This is all covered by a screen and lanai which allows for those suns rays but keeps out unwanted bugs. The pool area backs onto a conversation area and with fencing either side you are ensured of that little extra privacy during those relaxation hours. n nThe accommodation consists of a quiet lounge for reading and a formal dining area at the front of the villa. Leading from there is the family area where the television, VHS player and DVD player are situated. Adjacent to the lounge is the large dining area which is open plan to the well appointed kitchen. Here you will find cooker, Dryer, Microwave, dishwasher and huge fridge with freezer and ice maker. A filter coffee maker, toaster, crockery and utensils are also provided. n nThe master bedroom, that has a huge 7 feet wide bed, is en-suite with both shower and bath. There is a large walk in wardrobe and a door leading onto the pool area. A TV is provided for your convenience. n nBedroom 2 is also en-suite with a double bed and tastefully decorated. n nBedroom 3 is a double bed and bedroom 4 has twin beds. All bedrooms have radio alarm clocks. n nThe double garage houses the large washer and tumble drier together with the ironing board and iron. A luxury pool table and air hockey game are also provided for your use. n nAll linen and towels are provided. n nThere is parking for two vehicles and off street parking is available at the front of the villa. n nPool heating is not normally required during the summer months, but if needed a separate charge is made for this facility. n nThe villa is non smoking and no pets are allowed. n nExcellent shopping facilities are provided nearby by the 24 hour Walmart and Winn Dixie. These are supplemented by local shops such as a Post Office, Opticians and Pizza delivery. n nOrlando International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away.
