Description:We have 4 new beach houses located in the same Myrtle Beach neighborhood. Three of the beach houses are identical 4 bedroom houses, and one is a 7 bedroom house. The beautifully decorated and well maintained homes have a large modern kitchen, dining area and great room, as well as huge well furnished decks to enjoy the magnificent views of the ocean. You will love the third-level master suite in our 4 bedroom houses with king-size bed, color TV, and a private deck overlooking the ocean. The 4 bedroom homes sleep 10 - 12 people, and the 7 bedroom home sleeps up to 16 people. All of our homes are fully furnished to make your stay pleasurable in every way. Ninety steps to the beach. All of our houses have high speed internet access, central air conditioning, at least 3 Cable TVs, DVD players, microwave, dishwasher, full well equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, cookware and utensils, gas BBQ, phones, covered parking, and huge well furnished decks with great ocean views. All amenities of our resort neighborhood are included with your rental. Recreation Center. The neighborhood also offers golf cart, bike and paddle boat rentals, as well as discounts to area attractions and golf courses. Description:This large villa is divided over three floors. You enter at ground level where you will find the spacious lounge with a fireplace including a large flat-screen TV with UK satellite and WIFI. There is a separate dining area with a large table which seats 12 people. This dining area has access to the terrace and is adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and is suitable for cooking for 12 people. On the lowest level is the games-room, the double garage and an extra bathroom. There are a number of fitness machines, a ping-pong table and a football table. Also here is a large flat-screen TV, so ideal for kids to spend their time, (can connect play-station etc). Outside at the ground entry level you have a very spacious terrace with stairs (can be closed off so kids can’t get to the pool), leading to the large pool with roman-steps with around 5m x 12m. There is also a separate Jacuzzi/Spa adjacent to the pool.
