We offer free wireless internet so bring along your laptop or use our desk top computer while you rent our beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located on the Highlands Reserve Golf Course, Davenport, Florida. Our home has a great view overlooking the 12th green but not too close where you would be bothered by the golfers while you swim or sunbathe in our pool. The pool can be heated for a small fee.Our home is beautifully furnished with everything you would need to relax after a big day of shopping or visiting the many theme parks in the area. We are located just off of highway 27 with highway 4 and 192 within a few minutes drive. The great thing is you don't have to pick up a key at a management company, you go directly to the home when you arrive!All the information you should need is located within this website so take your time and daydream as you browse our pages. If you need any additional information please feel free to call or email me.Our home is located just off of highway 27 in the Highlands Reserve Golf Community. This golf course is a par 72 course with a practice range, putting green, clubhouse, and professional golf shop. Our home has a beautiful view that overlooks the 12th green.The King Master Suite is equipped with a TV/DVD player, a Jacuzzi tub, a large walk-in shower, his and her sinks, and his and her closets . There is also a hair dryer for your convenience. The other bedrooms are a Queen Suite with TV and bathroom and two twin bedrooms each with a TV close to the 3rd bathroom. There is a sofa bed for the larger groups. The living room has a 42 inch HDTV, DVD/VCR, and CD stereo system. We have a few movies, books, and board games available for you to use in your spare time, if you have any.The kitchen is well equipped with all major appliances, many small appliances, dinnerware, and cooking utensils. All you would need to create your famous midnight snack. Also available is a washer & dryer located in the laundry room just off of the garage.There is also a Playstation II with a few games but be sure to bring some of your own if you like.
