Description:This lovely, 3000 sq ft estate at the end of the road sits on an acre that extends all the way to the beach. The home isn 't far from Long Beach and is truly pet friendly: you can bring your dog and even your horses with you (just keep the horses in the barn). nWith 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the home accommodates a total of 10 guests for monthly rentals only. It 's the perfect place for longer family retreats and weddings. The home is all on one level except for the lookout tower, accessible by spiral staircase. The circular courtyard is surrounded by rhododendrons. nThere is also a small cabin on the property with a kitchen and bathroom that sleeps an additional four guests: two on a full sized bed and two on a sleeper sofa. It 's a little rough compared to the main home, but the perfect option for additional sleeping arrangements, or for anyone who required a bit more privacy. nBeside the cabin, there is a barn that accommodates 4 horses in two box stalls and two corrals. Please note that there is not sufficient fencing for horses to roam unattended, and feed is not provided.
