Description:The Sunny side Mountain Home is located 15 minutes from the Winter Park Ski Resort facing spectacular views of the continental divide and the ski area. This spacious home designed to accommodate a large family of up to 19 people. Large windows off the sun room open the home to fantastic views and, coupled with its vaulted ceilings, give the home a light and open atmosphere. The 2800 square foot house includes six bedrooms, three baths, a sunroom, large kitchen, dining room, living room, family room/ bedroom, laundry room, entry-way mudroom for the skis and coats, and two-car garage. The master bedroom has a queen bed and double futon, plus private bathroom. The bunk room includes a bunk bed with a double futon on the bottom and single on top, plus an additional single bed. The third bedroom has a trundle bed that can be either two twins or a king bed. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The fifth bedroom has a double futon. The family room/ bedroom has a queen hide-a-bed. Last but not least, the final bedroom has a queen bed and spectacular views of the continental divide and ski area. The kitchen and dining room were designed for real cooking and eating. Both the family room and the living room have TVs with satellite, VCR, and DVD players. Games and books are also provided as well as a full size air hockey table. The house is wired for free wireless internet, and the free shuttle bus to the resort has a pick-up 1/4 mile from the house.

The COTTAGE provides delightfully comfortable accommodation for four people. It has queen and twin single bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom (one with large wet area and bathtub). Full kitchen and laundry facilities ensure that all the conveniences of home are at your fingertips. The Cottage has wireless broadband for your laptop, Sky TV for your entertainment and there is a gas barbecue on the sundeck which surrounds The Cottage. Views are up to Coronet Peak and over wetlands to the west. The BARN is a tastefully renovated hay barn consisting of two very large rooms and is perfect for those looking for a self-catering environment. The main room has a super king bed, ensuite bathroom, lounge area, dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette. Through a connecting door, The Annex has twin single and bunk beds and is available for extra members of the same party. On the sunny north side of The Barn is a covered deck with gas barbecue - the perfect spot to relax in the shade in the summer (or to tune-up those skis in the winter!)
