Wall hair-dryer is present in the bathroom and safe in the sleeping room.The apartment is located in the Residence San Sivino, The complex lies in Manerba del Garda, in front of the peninsula of Sirmione, in a very quiet gulf, far away from traffic roads. It has a 27.000 sq.mt park, with oleanders and palms, which ends to the lake on a gently sloping beach. Inside the perk you can amuse the four swimmingpool (two for the adults and two for the children) well equipped with sunchais for all the guests Closed garage for surfs, bicycles, motorbikes and rubber dinghies. On the lake side, on the border to the beach, the complex offers you a free of charge 18 holes Minigolf course, stretching on an area of about 2000 square meters, a pleasant attraction for adults and children.In another area of the park especially aquipped for children you will find a playground with slide and swings. Not far from the four swimming-pools (two for adults and two for children) you will also find the table-tennis. The tennis court is located in a beautiful position overlooking the lake. It is free of charge until about the end of June and from the beginning of September. For motorboats there are electric capstan, slipway, buoys and parking-places for motorboats trailers. Guests of the Alto Country Club and these Alvor apartments also have access to reduced green fees at the Alto Golf Club which is 1km away nad all other Pestana Golf Courses in Portugal. Alto Golf was designed by Sir Henry Cotton an English Golfing legend and triple winner of the British Open. It is recognised as one of the finest courses in the Algarve. Golf Club facilities include a driving range, putting green, pitching area complete with bunkers, trollyes, club hire, pro shop, restaurant and bar. Children are well catered for in this apartment. It is a ground floor apartment with no balcony access from the bedrooms. It is also close to the outdoor pool which makes going back and forwards between the apartment and the pool easier. We have a good selection of childrens DVDs, books, pool and beach toys. There is also a buggy available for use in the apartment. The apartment is well located within the complex being close to the outdoor pool, the on site restaurants and the pedestrian gate for easy access to the town centre. The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard.
