There is also right next to the apartment the metro line which goes directly to the heart (the Marquês de Pombal, Avenida da Liberdade, Rossio and Baixa) beyond the lead to all parts of the city In front of the building there are a lot of taxis, several buses and the train is near and can lead you to visit the area of Sintra and Cascais. The apartment is as new and with all the requirements to have a great stay in Lisbon. It also has a balcony where you can relax and eat a meal.

Its microclimate continues to attract tourists all year round, hot in summer and mild in winter. The Estoril Casino is a favourite attraction and the yearly summer art fair is also a pleasant walk from the Lake Club Villas. The Cascais Marina, with its boats, restaurants and buzzing night-life is a 5 minute drive.
