Description:The apartment is located in the luxury Marina Village, right next to the ***** Real Hotel & Spa, 15 minutes from Faro airport. It is beautifully situated overlooking the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve and the Marina with stunning uninterrupted views of the ocean, lagoon and the islands Armona and Culatra. But still only 5 minutes walk from the center.Our stylish new apartment is on the 3rd floor (2 elevators available). You have a wonderful ocean view and a beautiful view on the Salinas with flamingos from the living room and the terrace. There is a view on the Marina from all bedrooms. Guests have access to a shared pool with sun deck, showers and toilet, located on the top floor of the building.The apartment is of course fully equipped. All rooms have remote controlled air conditioning (also for heating) and electric blackout shutters. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, gashob with extractor fan over, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, coffeemaker, water heater, toaster, iron/ironing board, etc. There is a built-in vacuum system. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds (length 2.00m), the third with 2 individual beds (90x195m).There is a satellite receiver, so you can watch many channels.
