Description:Monte das Alpenduradas is located on a farm of seven acres in the parish of Zambujeira do Mar, 1.5 km from the main beach of the parish. Once was one farm that for many years focused its activity in agriculture and animal husbandry, with the passage of time, the customs were gradually shifted, thus altering somewhat its philosophy.Today, it is characterized as Local Lodging, consisting of six apartments T0 and 4 double rooms. Each apartment has capacity for 4 people. The kitchenettes are equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, in addition to basic kitchen utensils. All apartments have TV. Four of them have a fireplace. Outside there are two grills that are common to all apartments. Three of the double rooms have double beds, the other has two twin beds, all of them are independent, with direct exit to the garden, all have private bathroom, TV and Wirless Internet.Approximately 2 acres are used for infrastructure that can make a difference, has a car park for 25 cars, three swimming pools, two of them in outdoors, one for children and other covered with its water heated to 38°C. There is also a massage clinic / alternative therapies that works on request.The breakfasts are made with regional products, is provided all day natural juices of seasonal fruits. As we are keen to keep the farmland near the accommodations, it is possible with proper authorization, the guests uses the products of the garden for personal consumption. The remaining 5 hectares are occupied by animals such as pigs, goats, sheep and chickens.We have 6 apartments T0. Four double rooms each on of these have private bathrooms, the exit door is right to the garden.

Extensive outside lighting with private parking. Coast/Beach: There are many stunning beaches within easy reach Monte da Eira - Isla Tavira, Fuseta, Cabanas, Manta Rota to name but a few. The closest is the fantastic beach of Barril with its fun train ride for children, lifeguard facilities, unspoilt stretches of white sand, vibrant bars and restaurants. Golf: Golf is exploding in the Eastern Algarve. Local courses include Benamor (15 mins), the sister courses of Quinta da Cima and Quinta da Ria (both 15mins) and Jack Nicklaus' new masterpiece of Monte Rei (30 mins). The numerous courses of the Western Algarve can be reached within 40 minutes. Special interest holidays Monte da Eira offers bicycles for guest use. The area offers many cycling routes to Tavira and beyond, including nature trails and bird watching (go to the 'Salinas' near Tavira to see hundreds of flamingos!). The surrounding area is also a paradise for walkers. Distances: Santo Estevao is a 5 minute walk away, and offers bars, a good restaurant, cash machine, pharmacy and traditional church. Tavira - known locally as a the 'jewel of the Algarve' with its beautiful architecture, moorish castle and roman bridge - is a ten minute drive away. Tavira offers many facilities including new shopping centre, local market, many bars and restaurants, ten-pin bowling, medical centre and pharmacies. The historic city of Seville is a 1.5 hour drive away.

Description:This stunning triplex apartment is located in a beautiful condominium in Vilamoura Marina. Within the condominium structure you can fin shops, restaurants and bars. The master bedroom has a double bed and also gives access to the beautiful terrace featuring views to the marina and the sea.Every room has air condition, TV, and large storage space t.From the entrance hall there’s a flight of stairs leading up one floor to a beautiful bright landing with a white sofa chair , making it an ideal relaxing area.From the landing you get to the dining room that seats 14 persons. From the dining room you have direct access to the kitchen. The kitchen features an island type setting, fully equipped with top of the line appliances. You have an own terrace with marina and sea view and plenty of seatin. The kitchen itself provides seating for 4 persons at the island in the middle of the kitchen.On the opposite side of the dining room is the beautiful living room. It provides seating for up to 10 persons on its comfortable sofas and features a big screen TV. The living room also gives access to another terrace with spectacular marina and sea view, and provides a great lunch and dining opportunity for 10 or more persons. Now we get to the jaw dropping part of the apartment: the 360 roof top terrace! The terrace has a big barbeque that provides all the tools needed to make the best grilled food. Combined with the fresh meat and fish that you can get just around the corner, the terrace might become the most entertaining area of the apartment. The terrace has a shower and a series of sunbeds in order to work on your tan.
