The completely renovated residence is situated on the ground floor of a restored 300 years old town house. The apartment consists of an spacious open space area with bedroom area, living and dining-room, a bathroom with a shower and a carefully equipped kitchen. The apartment has fine polished pine wood floors and new double glazed windows. Lastly, the flat features under the floor heating (only needed in wintertime!). Upon your arrival you’ll receive the apartment keys from Mrs. Madalena. Madalena is waiting for you at the apartment. Description:Conde Barão Apartments rest at 4 tram stops stops from Lisbon main square: Praça do Comércio. The apartments are located in a wonderful environment at two steps from the riverside. Many have river view. The location is well served by public transportation, there is a bus and tram stop just outside the building where you can enjoy a ride on the typical eléctrico (Lisbon yellow tram).The building was opened to the public in October 2008 and everything is brand new. The 4 floors of apartments are served by lift and stairs. There are a wide choice of apartments ranging from single atmosphere to 3 bedroom apartments.
