Take bus EL1 or EL2 from Guesthouse to Barking station ( 5 minutes). (1) Take C2C train to Liverpool St, take central line to Central London Tor (2) take district line from Barking station to Mile End station and change for central line to Central London. Everyone stays private but friendly. Local take aways, pubs. Town shops, Banks at Barking station. Free internet. Free Car Parking on street. Sky TV (free channels only), Fridge/ Freezer, Mini Grill/ Oven, Microwave, Toaster in rooms. Child under 5 years old free if sharing bed, All guest rooms feature shared bathroom or shower facilities. Families accepted. Rooms are equipped with a tasty Breakfast Starter Pack- comprising of cereal and cereal bars, starter milk, fruit juice, bread, croissants/ scones, margarine, jam, cheese, tea /coffee making facilities- perfect no matter what your day may entail. Our breakfast is self-service in rooms. Rooms are cleaned daily from 12 noon to 3pm. One Disabled Room Available on ground floor- Room 5. We do not have any single rooms so we give our double rooms or larger to single persons. Children aged 5 to 15 years old pay the full adult rate as they take a bed. We accept maximum per room: 3 ADULTS or 2 Adults and 2 Children. Some of our Guestbook Comments are below. (1) Martin 26th May 2011- The room was a double and well equipped, clean and comfortable. Free internet a bonus for a well priced Guesthouse. Bastable Avenue was suited for work at Dagenham. Arrangements for booking etc are good and the website is easy to use. If I have to work in the same area I would consider this Guesthouse again. (2) Margaret 14th May 2011 - I had a warm reception on arrival. Tina was friendly and nice throughout my stay. The house was quiet and peaceful. On arrival, lodging rules were available, so you know all the dos and don'ts without any form of ambiguity. Thanks Tina for a wonderful stay.We accept credit or debit cards. CASH OR CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Payment must be made before arrival. You will be refused entry at the door if you have not paid before arriving. Please try to book in advance. Check in 9pm to 11pm £10 extra. Check in after 11pm £20 extra. Checkout 12noon - 2pm £10 extra. Check out after 2pm guests charged one night stay. Same day bookings are permitted using the Guesthouse website only before 12 noon. After 12 noon, same day bookings are on request. If accepted, booking must be paid for in full by telephone before 6pm. It costs 10% extra to do a Telephone Booking. £100 holding deposit required per room along with cost of room. No bookings accepted without £100 deposit. £100 refundable holding deposit is a key deposit and upon check out and return of keys, it will be refunded- subject to room inspection. Description:A stunning one bedroom apartment is available for your rental in London's Queen's Park. Our apartment is located in a traditional Georgian Building with 20 foot ceiling heights and beautiful period features such as the original fire place and floor to ceiling windows with shutters in the sitting room and bedroom. The whole flat has been renovated to an extremely high standard very recently and is furnished immaculately, it has all modern ammenities and is in a very quiet and clean location very close to central London in zone 2. We are located in Queen's Park which is about ten minutes out of the West End and central London. Queen's Park itself is a gorgeous neighbourhood with lots of local delis, bars and restaurants and the park itself is a lovely place to spend a summers afternoon. We are only ten minutes from Notting Hill and have all the necessary shops, banks and supermarkets etc very close to our apartment. The apartment is of the very highest standard and could sleep 4 people if necessary two in the bedroom and two in the lounge on the sofas.
