Description:Are you looking for an amazing apartment all to yourself with amazing views in the heart of Silver Lake? Here it is! The 1600 sq ft 3 bedroom top floor apartment is full of light and has views all around and a balcony, where it is great to have a sunny meal, read a book or enjoy a sunset cocktail before heading out into Silver Lake, Hollywood, Downtown LA, Echo Park for the nightlife, the food, and the music! The 2 front rooms include a King Size bed. The back room a queen size bed. All rooms come with closet space, airconditioning or fan, and fresh sheets and towels. The couches in the bedroom convert into two more single beds. The apartment includes a large fully equipped kitchen, great space to cook or just hang out in. Our very large living room sports a great entertainment center, an over sized sofa, great for watching a movie or reading a book, and a dining area. Our bathroom comes with a over sized shower and a separate bathtub. There is free WIFI, which is compatible with both Mac and PC users. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment, which you are free to use. The apartment is located on a very quiet street in the heart of Silverlake Village, just south of Sunset Blvd and only one blocks east of Silverlake Blvd, where many of the great Silverlake restaurants, bars and music venues are. Everything is within walking distance or you can hop on one of our bikes and take a 5 min ride to Sunset Junction or Echo Park. Nearby spots which can be reached by foot include the music venue Spaceland, The Echoplex (also for live music), LAMILL café (incredible if a bit pricey), Café Tropical (popular with locals), LOCAL (a great restaurant for vegans and the gluten intolerant folks), Café Ph (best pho in all of Los Angeles, and we have tried many), Rambutan Thai & It's Thai (our 2 favorite Thai restaurants in LA) and Food Lab (just a great, easy cafe with excellent food and a thriving catering business) to name just a few. Best yoga in the neighborhood is a 5 min walk away, Urth Yoga! Silver Lake Reservoir is 10 min walk away and is great for jogging, it's especially beautiful early in the morning or for sunset. Sunset Junction with many more great cafes, shops and the Farmer's Market on Tuesday and Saturdays can be reached by bike, public transport or a short car ride. Hollywood or Downtown are 10 min away by car. If you need access to public transportation, there are 4 different bus lines that stop within a 5 minute walk from the house. Parking is not included, but there is always plenty available on the street. Our neighborhood is extremely safe. Minimum stay to 2 nights... but if at the last minute the room is available and its only one night, we will waive this rule. Also the check in and out time can be changed depending on when my next guest arrives, so feel free to ask. This is home away form home! This special 1920's flat is the perfect lodging for a luxurious stay in Los angeles. The flat is beautiful and you will love LA, but even more love your time at home with your family in this special flat. There are tons of restaurants, shops and even a movie theater all within walking distance. Famous Vermont Avenue and Hillhurst Avenue are less than a ten minute walk away. Griffith park (zoo, hiking, children's park, pony rides, train rides and museum, picnic area) is less than 2 miles away. Studio City is a ten minute car ride away. Lastly, the heart of Los Angeles's famous Sunset and Vine Street (Walk of Fame) is less than 4 miles away. You are centered in a green, safe neighborhood, yet you are in the heart of everything Los Angeles has to offer. Additionally, there is one uncovered parking spot. Description:I am offering 2 bedrooms with this listing. One very large suite and a second, more regular size room. The master suite is a very large comfortable bedroom with 6 foot windows that span across one entire wall. The suite has lots of light and mirrors everywhere to reflect the decadence of city loft living. The queen size bed is fluffed in soft, clean linens with plenty of pillows for comfortable sleeping. There is a large closet and plenty of space in the room to spread out- privacy if you need to close the door, make phone calls or work comfortably from home. The second room I am offering is of normal size, with a queen size bed. Clean linens cover the comfortable bed, lots of pillows for relaxing. There are windows that span one side of the wall, a closet and a console for unpacking your suitcase. Air conditioning/heating for your comfort, but we like opening the windows :) We have extra blankets and towels too. There is one bathroom to share for both rooms. It is a separate bathroom minimally decorated in whites with a large mirror and shower/tub with modern tiles. This place is fierce realness! The entire loft is a 3 bedroom with 3300 sq feet- providing lots of room to move about freely. The place is decorated with a modern aesthetic, great furniture and a few modern art pieces on the walls. The lobby, large kitchen and enormous living room is the common space shared with my loft mate. Since 2 rooms are offered, I will be away traveling. My loft mate is an aspiring actress with her own private bedroom and bathroom and will also be welcoming you home :) She has two small dogs who stay at her side most of the time or lay in the sun. We are super chill fashionistas with an edgy style, respectable and responsible. You'll have a good stay at our place. This loft is in a historic building in the heart of DTLA. It is situated on the corner side of the building, with up to 20 windows providing lots of sunlight and city life views. The loft has high-polished concrete floors, original hexagon shaped tiles, tall exposed concrete beams and brick walls surrounding the entire loft. Amenities include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a fabulous 6 foot projector screen with Apple TV, and Netflix. For those who like to play the piano, we have that too. The building has access to a ROOFTOP DECK with a fireplace, gazebos and lots of lounge chairs for basking in the sun. You can enjoy a glass of wine as you're relaxing to the breath taking skyline view of downtown and it's sunset colors. The loft creates the perfect setting for a luxurious stay in the Historic Core of DTLA. It can also provide a sleek backdrop for photo shoots and films.
