Located in Vale da Telha , Aljezur (Algarve province, Portugal)not far from the Monchique Sierra . Ideal for families. Sleeps a maximum of 8 1people. Two in suite bedrooms (each with private bathroom and double bed). Two more bedrooms with twin beds . Three bathrooms. All rooms with wardrobe. Large kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Living room/dinning room with TV and furniture and fireplace. Outside shaded balcony and garden were the meals may be taken. Masonry outside bake oven and barbecue are available. Central heating system for the winter. This is a one storey house (bungalow) accessible to wheelchair users with assistance, with front entry showers (there is a step to get the shower) in two bathrooms. There are no grab rails in the bathrooms. There are no steps inside the house or outside balcony and garden. There is a small step in the house entrance. The air is pure, full of sea breeze (very good for people with respiratory problems) and the surroundings are very quiet. The sea shore is 2 km away, with beautiful un-crowded beaches and breathtaking nature landscapes. Five kilometres away is the picturesque Aljezur village with a castle, restaurants, banks, shops and an old fashioned food market. Lagos, an international city with lively night life, is 30 km away.

The pool has trees around it, so there is always some shade, very important on those long sunny Algarvian summer days when temperature can reach 30 degrees, with the pool getting up to 25 degrees - yes 25 degrees! Outside The villa has large outdoor shaded terraces for al-fresco dining and provides ideal respite from the sun or may be just the place to enjoy a late evening cocktail and savour the quiet ambiance of the Algarve. The fantastic barbecue will only enhance your holiday experience. The villa boasts a large private pool with a separate children's pool and is set in landscaped gardens with large lawns. Bespoke sun loungers, parasols, and 'rattan' leisure furniture are all provided whether for relaxing or outdoor dining. Booking notes A cleared 20% deposit of the total rental price will secure your booking. Subject to a booking confirmation you will be required to pay the balance no later than 8 weeks (56 days) prior to your departure date. Notes on prices Prices are per week in UK Pounds (sterling). Note: Christmas and New Year are subject to High Summer (July and August) season rates. Changeover day Saturday changeovers are requested May to mid September with 7 night rentals or multiples thereof. During the off peak season changeovers are flexible depending on availability and we also offer short breaks with a minimum stay of 3 nights except during Easter and half-term weeks. We request that outgoing guests depart by 10.30am and the incoming party arrive no earlier than 2.30 pm.
