Both structures have been beautifully restored and transformed into a luxury accommodation, featuring simple lines and traditional materials such as stone, handmade brick, rough hewn beams, and terracotta. The villa, which is part of a three-home complex, is surrounded by typical Italian gardens filled with potted lemons, olive trees, pines, camellias, wisteria, roses, lavender, and rosemary. A small brook runs through the garden. The private swimming pool has an area for children and an area for advanced swimmers. An ornamental gazebo equipped with a dining table is located next to the pool.
