The grounds of this Italian villa feature a private chapel, swimming pool, walking paths, courtyards, and a large landscaped lawn so it's perfect for any occasion. Macerata is just minutes away and should you be vacationing in the summer, a night out to see an opera should surely be on your to-do list! n n[30,000m2] Situated on a hill with panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and Sibillini mountains, this villa is in a garden full of trees including olive, secular, and fruit. This villa dates back to 1800 and once belonged to a noble Italian family. There is a private chapel also located on the ground that dates back to 1460 and is believed to be one of the oldest churches of Macerata. The villa features a veranda furnished with a dining table and chairs and a terrace furnished with chairs, umbrellas, tables, and sun loungers. There is a private swimming pool [200m2] that has lights and a diving board surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a table with chairs. Please be aware that the owner lives in an annex on the property but does not share the swimming pool. The property is situated behind an electronic gate and parking is available within the grounds. n n[1100m2] nLower ground floor: An internal staircase from the villa's main/ground floor leads down to a spacious dining room with a large table and chairs. There is a sitting room with armchairs and a satellite TV as well as four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms each have two 90 cm single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The renowned Macerata Opera Festival is held each July and August in a neoclassical arena dating back to the 1820's.
