Description:This lovely private country villa is situated within easy walking distance( 0.5km) of the sought-after traditional white village of Ardales. It has all the benefits of a rural property- set in beautiful countryside, yet all amenities are within easy including a good selection of tapas bars, restaurants, local shops and banks.The property is ideal for a family of 4 , however a sofa bed in the living area sleeps a further 2 people.The kitchen has a 4 ring hob, a large fridge/freezer and microwave The large dining area has a log-burning stove for the winter. A washing machine is provided. However, the beauty of the property is clearly the outside area- approached from the lane through a secure electronic gate, you have complete privacy There is a large parking area, a patio outside the house and a lovely swimming pool surrounded by grass. There is also a delightful Wendy house which children will love. Barbecue, Paella pan and burner, outdoor seating are all provided. Please note that both of these routes take you via a supermarket which is open 9.15 am to 9.15 pm Mon to Sat.

Description:Casa Bonita is a privately owned holiday home essentially for the use of our own family and friends. We enjoy its peaceful surroundings set in beautiful Spanish style gardens. The front patio overlooks the Mediterranean and we really enjoy sitting out in the evening sun, relaxing with a drink and watching the Mediterranean sea. There is a shopping center at the entrance to the urbanization and this has a Carrefour supermarket, a bank, newsagents/ booksellers, dry cleaners, tapas bar/cafe, internet cafe,hairdressers, superb Indian restaurant and International bar and restaurant. Mijas is about 15 minutes drive or you can take the bus by the shopping center. The aqua parks at Fuengirola and Torremolinos are about 10 minutes by car with Malaga being about 20 minutes by train. Malaga is a beautiful city with its harbor, cathedral and, of course, the world-famous Picasso museum.
