The Burgo Audencia II condo at the Las Hadas Resort overlooking the Pacific Ocean is a lovely, well furnished one bedroom unit with spectacular sea and sunset panoramic views. It is located just two blocks from the Bay and beach and only a few minutes drive to the Las Hadas Hotel and golf/tennis club. Some of you may recall this resort as presented by the 'Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. ' br The condo has marble floors, balcony with dining set for four, vista patio with chaise lounge, spacious bedroom furnished with a queen bed, mirrored closets, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with two sofas which become single beds, and of course ceiling fan and full air conditioning. Bed linens, towels and dinnerware are included, as is mid-week maid service. There is a color TV, VCR and a stereo as well. And SKY TV>>Satellite English and Spanish programs .The condo complex has its own pool surrounded by chaise lounges for your comfort. It isgated,guarded and has parking. Just a 2 block walk to beach. Long ocean beaches are east and west of the condo peninsula, affording opportunity to surf, water-ski, jet ski, sail, etc. The area is world famous for deep-sea fishing and participation in daily excursions all at reasonable prices. There are sunset cruises around the peninsula exposing the exclusive, architecturally unique, homes of the 'Punta ' and trips to Colonial Colima, Melaque - a fishing village and to the Barra de Navidad - a resort and golf club.
