Specially designed and planned windows allow for the cool wind to recycle constantly inside the house creating a fresh atmosphere, and if you feel you need a little more cooling the multiple ceiling mounted fans, will take care of that for you as well as the waterfall like fountain located inside the living room/ dining room. The apartment has dryer and washer machines, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, flat TV, cable, garage, and an amazing pool with great ocean view and a 500sqft Palapa over a 1200sqft Terrace Rent also includes unlimited international to US and Canada call with our Magic Jack Phone.
