Description:Casa de Los Suec3b1os is our stunning, newly constructed home (2011), built to highest Canadian Standards. nLocated 20 meters (65 ft) from beautiful, Olas Altas, Santiago Bay and only 25 minutes from Manzanillo International airport. n nAmazing ocean views from every room in the house! n nImagine relaxing on the deck off your bedroom or enjoying the spectacular 180 degree view of Santiago Bay from the 55 Sq. meter (600 sq. ft.) rooftop deck. n nImagine sitting under the palapa in the hammock chair and watching the whales, dolphins and pelicans or enjoying the most breathtaking sunsets. nImagine unwinding, reading your book while sipping your coffee, cerveza or margarita! n nCasa de Los Suec3b1os has an open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and bathroom on the main floor. There is secure off street parking, a garden out front and a patio in back. nThe casa has free internet and WIFI. All rooms have ceiling fans, and there are air conditioners in the bedrooms. n nThe second floor has a large master bedroom with a king size bed, en suite with a large shower and a sizeable deck overlooking the ocean. There is a safe for your valuables. nThe middle and back bedrooms have queen size beds, large windows, and a deck with ocean views. nPurified drinking water, all bed linens, and towels are provided. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler are also provided. nWe have 3 queen size air mattresses available for extra guests. The casa is cleaned every week but more frequent cleanings are available on request. Smoking is not permitted inside the house and no pets are allowed. n nArmando and Lupita, our friendly English-speaking caretakers, will greet you upon your arrival at Casa de Los Suec3b1os. They will hand over the keys and answer any questions you may have. For a small charge Armando can arrange for airport pick up and drop off. He can also provide a 3-4 hour city tour. Sunset cruises and the ultimate of fishing trips can also be arranged. n nThe local community of Santiago is two blocks away. Enjoy it's traditional market with fresh produce and seafood, you can also board inexpensive taxis or buses to various sites including three large grocery stores. nThe Saturday open air market (tianguis) is a block away, selling all sorts of jewelry, pottery, blankets, vanilla and clothing. Description:The Condo is in a gated 24 hour security area with three beautiful swimming pools and spectacular grounds. The unit has one large bedroom as well as a Queen futon and trundle bed in the living room so it can accomodate six. The oversized patio looks out to the ocean and there's a path down to the cove right below. The updated kitchen is fully equiped and the unit has a washer and dryer, Shaw Direct TV, internet and is beautifully appointed. . A 20 minute walk brings you to Santiago Bay and miles of sandy beach where you'll find many great restaurants and artisans selling their wares. There's lots to do and see in close proximity to our area or you might prefer to just hang out and relax at one of the three gorgeous pools that are right on the grounds. The Vida Del Mar Condo development is located on the Juluapan Peninsula and is about 20 minutes south of the Manzanillo Airport. Our closest small town is Santiago, an authentic Mexican pueblo with very little US influence, and is about a 15 minute drive from the condo. There's a central market, lots of little hole in the wall local places to eat and a few little gift shops. Downtown Manzanillo is about another 15 minutes away and is more bustling and boasts of the largest port in Mexico. Between the two, there are endless fabulous restaurants to choose from ranging from a $3 meal on up. Our local beach, Santiago Bay, is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive and is our favorite place to hang out. It's always festive and you can sit for hours drinking beer and eating fresh fish and taking an occasional dip in the ocean. Then, going North about 40 minutes, you'll come to Barra de Navidad, an extremely charming and a little more commercial small town on the ocean. There's lots of great places to eat and many places to shop for pottery, jewelry, tablecloths, clothing, hammocks, and many other treasures. If you're staying for more than a week, Guadalajara is about a four hour trip by car or bus (air-conditioned and very comfortable and only $35). There's so much to do and see in this area...museums, historical old town, incredible artisans, furniture, food, just to name a few. Colima, the capital, is a little over an hour away and is also filled with museums, historical colonial plazas, great food and more. Manzanillo is considered the sailfish capital of the world so, of course, deep sea fishing is available in addition to snorkeling, parasailing and scuba diving. If you're a golfer, there are numerous courses in the area, two of them, world class. If tennis is your passion, there's at least three courts fairly close by. So, the Manzanillo area has something for everyone, whether it's relaxing in the sun and doing nothing, or spending your time on the go, or anything in between.

' br The condo has marble floors, balcony with dining set for four, vista patio with chaise lounge, spacious bedroom furnished with a queen bed, mirrored closets, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with two sofas which become single beds, and of course ceiling fan and full air conditioning. Bed linens, towels and dinnerware are included, as is mid-week maid service. There is a color TV, VCR and a stereo as well.
