In the condo you will enjoy outside living at it 's best. Unlike most condos you will enjoy, total privacy on either of the two large terraces. Sun or shade is always available. A beautiful 10 'X10 ' offset umbrella adjusts to provide shading as needed on the rear terrace and the front terrace is partially shaded. Enjoy your own yellow and red hibiscus amidst the canopy of tall coconut palms. Savor the best views in Villas De Menorca and Club Santiago, above the rest. On the grounds, there are two swimming pools set within lush tropical gardens on either side of a large open air Palapa. Guests enjoy tables and chairs, padded sun loungers, large umbrellas, restrooms, wireless internet, and stone charcoal grills. n nOne of the best golf courses in the area (food/bar/cart rental) is just behind the condo complex. Two grocery stores are within walking distance. Want more shopping? Just walk out to the front gate and catch a regularly available taxi or bus. Or call for a taxi to pick you up at your front steps. Area fishing is world class and a reasonable and reputable charter can be arranged. Chances are good to catch a Sailfish or even a several hundred pound Marlin, as well as abundant Dorado (Mahi-Mahi), Red Snapper, or Yellowfin Tuna. Paddle boards, boat and snorkel tours are available for rent at the Oasis Paddle and Beach Club, fronting Miramar Beach and Santiago Bay, just a short walk from the Penthouse. The Oasis restaurant serves the best culinary dishes, reasonably priced. Produce is fresh and fish was likely to have been swimming within 24 hours of being served. n nManzanillo International Airport (ZLO) is closest to Club Santiago. Rental cars and taxis are available. Check to see if there are air specials from your area. Some prefer to fly into Guadalajara (GDL) or Puerto Vallarta (PVR) and take a frequent and reasonably priced executive class ETN bus. Description:Casa de Los Suec3b1os is our stunning, newly constructed home (2011), built to highest Canadian Standards. nLocated 20 meters (65 ft) from beautiful, Olas Altas, Santiago Bay and only 25 minutes from Manzanillo International airport. n nAmazing ocean views from every room in the house! n nImagine relaxing on the deck off your bedroom or enjoying the spectacular 180 degree view of Santiago Bay from the 55 Sq. meter (600 sq. ft.) rooftop deck. n nImagine sitting under the palapa in the hammock chair and watching the whales, dolphins and pelicans or enjoying the most breathtaking sunsets. nImagine unwinding, reading your book while sipping your coffee, cerveza or margarita! n nCasa de Los Suec3b1os has an open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and bathroom on the main floor. There is secure off street parking, a garden out front and a patio in back. nThe casa has free internet and WIFI. All rooms have ceiling fans, and there are air conditioners in the bedrooms. n nThe second floor has a large master bedroom with a king size bed, en suite with a large shower and a sizeable deck overlooking the ocean. There is a safe for your valuables. nThe middle and back bedrooms have queen size beds, large windows, and a deck with ocean views. nPurified drinking water, all bed linens, and towels are provided. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler are also provided. nWe have 3 queen size air mattresses available for extra guests. The casa is cleaned every week but more frequent cleanings are available on request. Smoking is not permitted inside the house and no pets are allowed. n nArmando and Lupita, our friendly English-speaking caretakers, will greet you upon your arrival at Casa de Los Suec3b1os. They will hand over the keys and answer any questions you may have. For a small charge Armando can arrange for airport pick up and drop off. He can also provide a 3-4 hour city tour. Sunset cruises and the ultimate of fishing trips can also be arranged. n nThe local community of Santiago is two blocks away. Enjoy it's traditional market with fresh produce and seafood, you can also board inexpensive taxis or buses to various sites including three large grocery stores. nThe Saturday open air market (tianguis) is a block away, selling all sorts of jewelry, pottery, blankets, vanilla and clothing.
