Description:Hello, this time there is a house that is built into a housing estate which is in turn surrounded by a hillside by a large tropical garden - with fruit trees, whose fruits can be harvested, with a large bathing area and pool and a clubhouse. Views range from the weather as far as Africa and Gibraltar and the system is in turn surrounded by nature and silence. To the sea you need 15 minutes by car - which exist in the mean time to all the shopping. The building itself has three terraces - one of which covered more plus a veranda. There is a large living room with fireplace, a spacious kitchen with all necessary technical facilities. You can cook with electricity or gas. Connected there is a patio and a guest toilet. In the upper floor you will find one of the three terraces and a Spanish balcony, two bedrooms with two beds and two baths. Before a small corridor is the entrance hall. The rooms are electrically heated and all have marble floors - carpets with evidence. Everything is tastefully decorated. Laundry is provided. A tennis court can be recorded and the nearest golf course is located just behind the mountain about 1 km path. You can Reach Las Terrazas El Almendro away on the Ronda road, 4 km from the sea in Marbella. I look forward to pleasant guest!
