The covered dining terrace leads directly out from the kitchen and has lounge chairs and a table perfect for cocktails before dinner at the dining table which seats 10 people comfortably. Description:Villa Venesta has the charm of an old Finca with a courtyard, mature gardens, front line golf views to Los Naranjos Golf and La Concha mountain, and is furnished luxuriously modern and very designer. Venesta is our home, and not furnished basically for rental purposes. This is only our third season of renting and have had 5 repeat bookings. General comments are 'better than a 5 star hotel and cheaper'. 5 minutes drive and you are in the famous Puerto Banus, with many good restaurants, designer shops, luxury yachts with their famous owners often strolling around the Port. Many beaches, casual or very posie, however the mood takes you. Everyone returns to Marbella. Bedrooms: Master bedroom, 6' new Jenson extremely comfortable bed. Description:The villa is a traditional hacienda set in almost half an acre of mature gardens. It was completely redesigned 4 years ago and is now a modern open plan space with luxury accommodation. The bedrooms all have air-conditioning and there is underfloor heating throughout. The property is at the end of a quiet road and to the rear there is unspoilt access to the hills where you can walk or cycle for miles. The urbanisations of Elviria and El Rosario are a couple of minutes by car where you will find many bars and restaurants. Shops are within easy walking distance. Marbella is a 10 min drive and Puerto Banus 15 mins. Some of the loveliest beaches are situated at this part of the coast with access to water sports, beach bars and some of the top beach clubs in Europe. There is a tennis and paddle club with a fully equipped gym at El Rosario which is within walking distance or a few mins by car. No smoking please! There is ample hot water. The pool has a separate shower for use after the beach, saves a lot of sweeping and sandy beds! The pool is fully maintained by the gardener who visits twice a week and can be called on for any minor maintenance work. We can arrange for a cleaner to come in as often as required at an extra charge. There is enough room on the drive to park 3 - 4 cars. All windows at the property have shutters which can be used for shade or additional security. The property is also fully alarmed. There is a charge for electricity of 20 cents per kwh. A typical charge of 70 euros would apply per week. Bedrooms: Master en-suite with dressing room, 2 double rooms, 1 twin with 2 single beds. Standing in it's own grounds and private gardens of over 2 acres it has it's own 9x4 metre private swimming pool. The villa will appeal to country lovers and those that are wanting to get away from it all. And if you do need a little more action the coastal resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 40 minutes drive away. The views from the villa and it's grounds are stunning with undulating orchards of olives and almonds. One can even see the coast on a clear day! The villa is maintained by a private management company(Andalucia Rentals and Property Management Services) who pay regular visits to service and clean the pool and to attend to any problems that guests may have with the villa. Welcome packs can be arranged. An after stay cleaning service is provided and for holidays of 9 or more nights, a linen change is also provided. All fixtures and fittings were newly installed in October 2004. The villa is spacious with a large welcoming hall. In addition to a large fridge freezer there is also a separate freezer in the utility room which houses a washer/dryer machine.In addition to this there is an honesty bar which is provided by the managing agent in the kitchen. All 4 bedrooms ( 2 double bedded and 2 twin bedded) are fully en suite. One of the villa's double bedrooms is located in the mirador part of the villa with it's own 360 degree terrace. Separately controlled air conditioning units (hot and cold) are installed in all bedrooms/hall and lounge diner. The lounge diner has an open fire/ UK satillite TV/DVD/CD player plus sofas. By the pool there is a large reception room with en suite shower room which also contains a double sofa bed/wardrobe and bedside cabinet. All rooms have magnificent views across the Sierra de les Nieves montains and surrounding countryside. Windows through out the villa are double glazed. The villa has it's own private gardens and a large fully tiled illuminated private swimming pool and extensive terraces. There is a barbecue and sun loungers with cushions as plus an outdoor teak dining table with 8 matching chairs and parasol. An awning extends over the swimming pool terrace to provide shade. Conditions No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Any breakages will be deducted from the holding deposit of £150 which is payable at the time of booking. NIGHTLY RATE: From 85 Min. Per Night dependent on party size The tariffs show Tariffs for parties of 8 people. The villa sleeps 8 in comfort in 4 bedrooms all with ensuite facilities. For parties of 9/10 people the extra people will sleep in the pool reception room which has a double sofa bed. The pool reception room also has en suite facilities that includes shower/toilet and washbasin with splendid views over the swimming pool and countryside. For parties less than 8 in all months deduct £30 per person per week. For parties of 9 people deduct £30 per person per week from the Tariff for 10 people Rental rates are inclusive of all bed linen,towels (except beach towels) electricity, water and after cleaning services For bookings of 9 nights a linen change is included. A villa clean can also be provided at a cost of £40 per clean. A non refundable deposit of £100 per week secures the booking and is due at the time of booking as is a one off holding deposit of £150 to cover breakages and or damage during the holiday.The holding deposit is returned providing no breakages/damage occur during the holiday and is returned within 14 days after the holiday. The balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to holiday commencement.
