BBQ next to pool as well! and a shaded terrace. n nPROPERTY DETAILS nThe Villa Caprice is composed of five bedrooms: nThe Master Bedroom called MARISOL has a most comfortable king size bed and is cosily furnished, it is spacious and has a big walk in closet and large bathroom with two sinks, a bidet , a bathtub and shower. nAnnex to the Marisol room is a smaller room, the NINA that sleeps two, has 2 single beds and these rooms share the one big bathroom. This is perfectly suited for close friends or parents with their two children.There is an enormous living room with comfortable big couches and a dining area that seats 8 people . There is also a big terrace all around the master living room, there too a marble round table can seat 10 people. Annex to the terrace is a large bar which also offers two comfortable couches and a romantic corner is created there for up to 10 people to either have a meal, or unwind or do some emailing . The magnificent view of the luscious garden can be seen from pretty much every room of the house. n nA big kitchen is connected to the master living room and is fully equipped with oven, cooker, dishwasher microwave, mixer/blender , coffee and tea machines . not to forget a washing machine is in this kitchen as well as in the bar. There is a fridge in the bar and in both kitchens. nThen there are three more rooms, each individually located on the eastern wing of the Villa Caprice n nThe Don QUIXOTE has a king size bed, television, stereo and wi-fi connection. It has like most rooms in this house its own terrace with glass table and chairs and here you can enjoy some solitude and relax , read, take the sun or sit in the shade as well. This DON QUIXOTE sleeps two people but an extra bed can be provided for adult or kid. price per person extra is euro 30 n nNext to the Don Quixote is the DULCINEA, which is equally as big and has a mirrored cabinet to apply make-up or use as office for your emailing. Here too a comfortable king size bed is waiting for you. nThere is a medium sized kitchen with cooker, washing machine, oven and dishwasher, coffee machine and water cooker, If you don 't feel like having breakfast on the garden terrace or bar even, there is a small kitchen table that seats 4 people. n nOne medium sized bathroom is to be shared by the two rooms. It contains a full length bathtub with shower, toilet and sink. Then there is a smaller bathroom to be used by the guests from the CASANOVA down the hall. This is a big room with two single beds that has no terrace, but its own smaller bathroom with toilet, sink and full bath/shower. The entire garden is available for everyone to be used of course. and so is the bar, the terraces and the magnificent pool surrounded by red and purple bougainvillea. Don Quixote and Dulcinea each have their own private terrace overlooking the pool: with round table and four chairs. The ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and or busy beaches. n nThere is even a children 's bed available and if needed two more single beds can be placed in some of the rooms. nChildrens bed is extra euro 15 and adults bed for euro 30 per person nthe villa Caprice accommodates 10 people. nIt has 3 bathrooms each with a full bath and toilet and sink. Description:VILLA DESCRIPTION Off road parking is available for 2 cars at Villa Rosina which, due to its proximity to Marbella's gorgeous Costa del Sol beaches is an advantage during Spain's peak season. From the parking area access is gained to the entrance lobby, stairs lead to the first floor but at ground floor level you enter the lower lounge and dining area. This large L shaped room leads from the Kitchen to the children's play area (a carpeted section separated from the main room by a gated fence). Off this room is located the Master double bedroom with en suite, the first twin bedroom and the family bathroom. The kitchen, located at the other end of the lounge is fully equipped with Hob, Extractor, Oven, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and also comes with a Kettle, Toaster,Blender, Juicer and Cafetieres. A breakfast bar with 2 stools complete the furnishings. There is a good selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans so the chef will have no excuse. Off the kitchen is located the second twin bedroom. Access to the Pool terrace is from the lounge and it is where the large gas BBQ is situated as well a a very thoughtfully provided drinks fridge. There is seating for 8 around a large stone table and a good selection of outdoor comfortable lounge seating. This area is separated from the Pool / garden by a small but effective wooden fence which helps to keep the children safe. On the first floor of our holiday villa in Marbella is the second lounge and dining room which has an attractive beamed ceiling. Here is where the large flat screen TV is located and has both DVD and Sky freeview input. The room is also equipped with and ipod docking station. Leading off the upper lounge is the top terrace which has spectacular views of the area and the Med and this is yet another place were you can idle the time away while catching up on the suntan. Off this terrace is located the second double bedroom with its own on suite shower room. There are also gated access steps to the lower pool terrace from this level. The property is equipped with air-conditioning / heating in each of the bedrooms. There is also WiFi available throughout the property. FACILITIES A weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included when you rent this holiday accommodation in Marbella. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels. Our house is managed by a professional maintenance company with bilingual staff. They provide 24 hour emergency service and can arrange airport transfers, car hire, golf, tennis, restaurant bookings, tours, etc. SWIMMING POOL The Villa has its own private pool set to the East of the property adjacent to the main patio, the garden is compact consisting of grass with shrub borders. The garden/pool area is gated off from the main terrace making it idea for families with small toddlers. The pool has the added advantage of Roman steps to give you easy access to the shallow end.
