Description:Villa is located in a residential cul-de-sac about 2 miles above Fuengirola and Los Boliches beach resorts and 1.5 miles down from the picturesque Hilltop village of Mijas Pueblo. The views of the sea and coast are stunning.There is A/C in every room and a beautiful private swimming pool and gardens. It is easy driving distance of all the Costa del Sol landmarks and coastal resorts and is an excellent base for exploring the cities and villages of Andulucia. Just 75 metres away is the famous Valparaiso Restaurant. 1 mile away is the famous Lew Hoad Tennis and Fitness Centre with weekly membership. More than 50 golf courses litter the area. It is about twenty minutes drive from Malaga Airport and about thirty minutes drive to Marbella and the harbour of Puerto Banus, the home of the rich and famous. Parking is available at the villa or on the road outside. This villa has a balcony outside the first bedroom and large terraces for sun-bathing, three bathrooms, (two en-suite) and air con. There are both internal and external steps in the villa and although many guests have stayed at the villa with children, (and the owner has four children, including one less than two years old), it may not be ideal for young children due to the steps and people with limited mobility. However, for people who want to wake up to stunning sea and coastal views and sun bathe around the private pool it is ideal.

Outside there are terraces on two levels, one for the main accommodation and the other at the pool level . As you enter Villa Paraiso your first impression is one of space and luxury with cream marble floors throughout.The furniture is of the highest quality and comfort. The large flat-screen television has feature surround sound and multi channel capability. To the side of the living room is the large super quality large kitchen which again has the best quality equipment and features a state-of-the-art fridge freezer with ice and chilled water dispense. There is, of course, a dishwasher as well as an oven, microwave, coffee machine and toaster as well as a 40” flat-screen HD TV.The feature central island has a ceramic hob and stainless extractor system. The kitchen and lounge both have sliding patio doors to the white-tiled terrace which runs the length of the accommodation and this has a comfortable seating area and dining table and the sea and garden views are fantastic. BEDROOMS – There are five bedrooms two of which have their own ensuite facilities (the master en suite has to be seen to be believed!). The master bedroom has a King sized bed, air conditioning and large flat screen TV. There is a spacious dressing area and the en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, his & hers washbasins and WC. The second double room overlooks the tranquil and perfectly ordered rear gardens and this has its own ensuite with specially adapted shower. Two double rooms share a ‘Jack-and-Jill’ bathroom and the twin bedded room has its own adjacent shower room. The master bedroom and two other double-bedded rooms also have sliding doors to the terrace.All of the bedrooms have independent, remote-controlled air conditioning. From the entrance hallway there are marble stairs down to the lower-level living area with its fully equipped utility area with washing machines, tumble dryer etc. At this level there is also a cocktail bar and a separate lounge with games and large flat-screen TV leading on to the games area with pool table and comfortable sofas to relax on. Here also is the barbecue area, established gardens of 4,000 square meters (42,500 square feet) with lawn and trees as well as sun terrace area surrounding the swimming pool. There are sun loungers, parasol and a pool shower for your comfort and an indoor shower as well. There is a high quality alarm system which is very easy to operate. There is also a safe. GUEST HOUSE – Set in the gardens is the two bedroom guest house with fully furnished living room, kitchen and guest cloakroom. At the lower level are the two bedrooms and bathroom. Both bedrooms have individual, remote-control air conditioning. There is an outside terrace with table and chairs. The bookings run from Saturday to Saturday and please note we would ask all guests be packed and ready to vacate Villa Paraiso by 10.00 am on the day of your departure. The maids will arrive at 10.00 am to clean rooms, change beds etc., ready for the next guests arrival. Should you have a late afternoon or evening departure flight, we are happy to take care of your cases and take you to the beach or for a coffee whilst you are waiting to depart. Description:We are a family run business owned by the Broad family. Your host Emma will welcome you on arrival and lead all the rides. Valle de Montana (Mountain Valley) is set in 67 acres of rolling hillsides, adorned with organic lemon groves and olive trees. This is where the magic and beauty of this region of Spain really comes to life. Emma has over 17 years experience working with horses and holds recognised qualifications (such as NVQs etc), not only here in Spain but in the U.K. too. During her long career, Emma has worked with hunt horses, polo ponies, yougsters, backing and schooling. The horses you will see at Valle de Montana have been bred by Emma and have very strong bloodlines, including those of the Spanish Andalucían and the Portuguese Lusitano breeds. Valle de Montana is approximately a 40 minute drive from Malaga Airport and is situated 5km from the historic town of Alora, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia. Alora is a typical Pueblo Blanco, a white washed village, nestled between 3 rocky spurs. At the top of one of these spurs is a magnificent castle. Steeped in history the castle was rebuilt under the Moors and remnants of that era can still be seen today. Alora was also home to the fabled writer Cervantes (1547 - 1616), creator of Don Quixote. The town also has a long history with Flamenco dancing. It is said that Malagueña Flamenco was born here. Your holiday experience starts the moment you arrive at one of our beautiful apartments, which are set in the Barriada El Puente suburb of Alora. There is a local supermarket, where you can purchase fresh bread, cheeses and local foods, or a main supermarket in Alora which of course we will be happy to show you on your arrival. We will update you if there are any local events/fiestas, places of interest and guide you to the best bars in the Barriarda. Valle de Montana is just a 10 minute drive from your apartment!. On riding days you will be picked up at your apartment and dropped off at the end of the ride. You are welcome to ride every day if you wish although we understand if you prefer to do other things. We are here for you, not the other way around. The first day we will settle you into your accommodation, provide you with information of the local area (a welcome pack is included in the cost of your apartment) and stop and, dependant on flight times, enjoy the local tapas and drinks at a traditional Spanish venta (rural restraunt). Afterwards we will be moving on to see and meet the horses. We have three holiday flats, all with fantastic views of Alora Castle, in he Barriarda Del Puente, Alora, Costa Del Sol, Spain. This is a lovely peaceful location, just 10 minutes walk from the railway station. We currently have two 2 bedroom and one 3 bedroom apartments available.
