Description:There is a large lawn area on the south side of the villa, with a spacious cobbled patio surrounding the pools and parking area. A small front garden with lawn and palm trees sets the property off the quiet roadside. An external patio with decking is located just outside the lounge and dining room. At the end of the garden is an outdoor barbeque area with a sink. There is also a covered pergola with sun loungers, near to a fish pond and fountain. The first floor has 5 bedrooms and the second floor has 4 bedrooms, each of these 9 bedrooms has air conditioning, an en suite bathroom, with a small fridge, hair dryer and a television. The third floor has 2 bedrooms with a double and 2 single beds and a bathroom. The ground floor has a large lounge and dining area leading from the fully equipped kitchen. Next to the lounge is a games room with table tennis. There is another lounge on the first floor level with a comfortable seating area and TV with Wii games console and a DVD player. There is broadband internet access and air conditioning throughout. Plenty of quality sun loungers deck the terrace around the pool and there are sun umbrellas, tables and chairs available. There are two pools at Quinta do Pedro, one is a larger 12 x 4.5 m pool with steps leading into a shallow end of 1.3m and a deep end of 2.2m. Beside this is a round toddlers pool with a diameter of 3.6 m and with a depth of 0.5 m throughout. Both are freshwater pools with chlorine cleaning system. The pools are serviced twice weekly during summer and once weekly during the rest of the year by a competent and reliable professional. Pool and garden lighting is available. Further information about this property: We also offer a very versatile and economic chef service at this accommodation, please enquire for menus and prices, and you can suggest your own choice of food. We also can recommend bicycle hire as a very suitable form of transport for this location as nearby towns, villages and beaches are accessible by a good network of bicycle and pedestrian paths. It is possible to let the villa with just the 5 first floor bedrooms which has a cheaper price, during low, mid and high season. Each extra bedroom required thereafter will be charged respectively. Please enquire. A deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival. This will be reimbursed upon departure. An ideal location for families with children of any age, having the baby pool and games as extra entertainment. We can provide cots and high chairs. Please let us know how many are required and if you have any other requirements. Ashtrays are provided for smoking outside the property. Due to the possibility of guests being allergic to animal hair, we would rather not allow pets. We provide a once weekly linen and bathroom towel change including a clean of the bathrooms. There will be some toilet paper and soap for arrivals and a hamper of beverages, with additional breakfast and snacks are provided for late arrivals. Guests will be met at the villa, or otherwise informed where to locate the key and visited soon after arrival.
