Description:Located in Calle San Ramon in the old fishermans quarters of Marbella, an area known as El Barrio, the house is a typically older style spanish terraced property on a pedestrianised street a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Within a short walk you have the Old Town of Marbella with the cathedral and Orange Tree Square (Plaza de los Naranjos), restaurants, tapas bars, coffee shops, bakery, butchers, supermarket, late night convenience store, a SPA hotel all to hand. There is absolutely no need for a car and you will definitely feel like you are in Spain. Casapueblo is split into three levels and can accommodate 10 guests, an ideal house for large groups. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with stairs leading up to an open plan livingroom, kitchen and wc. The living room leads onto a terrace with stairs leading to the roof terrace where the 4 bedroom is located (ensuite).
