The waterpark is about 1/2 mle north. Fishing is available at the marina a few mintues south. Description:This house is ideally located for those of you who want to play golf, and get around Mazatlan without using a car. It is just about 100 yards from the clubhouse, and within easy walking distance of the front gate and the beach. It has an interesting construction, with the living area entirely on the second floor, hence it feels like you are living in the trees. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room and kitchen. There is a dining room just off of the kitchen. Television is a C-band satellite system. The kitchen is fully stocked, and includes a microwave oven. A telephone is also available. n nThe house is on the 11th fairway of the original El Cid golf course. A golf membership comes with the house, so golf privilidges are extended to all of the guests. You are also free to use the six pools located at various places througout the El Cid resort. Maid service is provided every day except Sunday. n nThe rate is $125 per night, with a four night minimum. Monthly stays are $3000 per month. This house is suitable for four people. n nHere is the outside of the house, as seen from the golf course. Much of the balcony upstairs is shield from view by a large and beautiful bouganvilla tree. This would be a great place to sit for breakfast and watch the golfers hit their perfect second shot, right into the water. n nHere is the view from the balcony, towards the north. It is very quiet and peaceful in this area, and the bouganvilla tree provides a lot of privacy. n nHere is the view from the balcony, towards the south. n nHere is a living room, as seen from the start of the kitchen. Behind the window is the balcony, and as you can see, the TV has American channels. It is a C-band satellite system. There is also a remote controlled ceiling fan, so you don't have to move your carcass off the couch if you get a little warm. n nHere is the living room from the other angle. In the back you can see the breakfast bar, which opens into the kitchen. On the left side is the dining room. The house has 3 air conditioners, one in the living one, and one in each of the bedrooms. Also there are ceiling fans throughout. n nThe kitchen has new appliances, and includes a microwave, a blender, and a coffeemaker. The house has a pressurized and purified water system, so you can drink out of any faucet. Of course there are plenty of pots, pans and dishes, should you decide to eat in. n nThis bedroom is on the golf course side of the house, and features a new (2005) king sized bed. The bathroom is in the background. n nThis is the second bedroom, which has a queen bed. It is on the street side of the house, but this at the end of a cul de sac, and there is basically no traffic.
