The building is known for housing the internationally recognized raw food culinary institute LIVING LIGHT CULINARY ARTS INSTITUTE. This building also has local fine dining with Mendo Bistro, a coffee shop, spa, and beautiful bar with live music weekly so whether you want to get a massage or have champagne and oysters you are fully taken care of! No Divers please, we do not have any outside room to hang wet suits and it can be pretty messy in the house.
