This building also has local fine dining with Mendo Bistro, a coffee shop, spa, and beautiful bar with live music weekly so whether you want to get a massage or have champagne and oysters you are fully taken care of! No Divers please, we do not have any outside room to hang wet suits and it can be pretty messy in the house.

Hot Tub Fee: If your rental home has a hot tub, there will be a non refundable hot tub maintenance fee of $35.00, which will cover the spa cleaning, sanitizing, and balancing of chemicals prior to your arrival. Cancellation Policy Cancellation: There is a $50.00 fee for cancellations occurring 30 days prior to arrival date, 60 days prior to arrival date during holiday periods. After this period, no monies will be refunded. Rules Rates are subjected to change without any prior notice Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning, plumbing stoppage, etc.
