The two bedroom suites are separated, with their own lovely bathrooms, walk-in closets and private patios. Downstairs, there is a large formal dining room, with antique mosaico tile floors and modern furnishings... a suprisingly pleasant combination. The kitchen is in the heart of the house, opening to both the dining room and the living area, with easy access to everything, and a conversation bar so visitors can chat with the cook while meals or snacks are prepared. The sala is flanked by a wall of glass that opens onto the backyard garden, enclosed by a stone wall softened by hanging and flowering vines. There's an outdoor dining area also, next to a modern fountain that bubbles quietly.
