You will notice as a beneficial feature, that the water has no bad odor of chlorine or other chemicals.ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS around the pool, if it breaks and falls in, the only way it can be detected is with a steak of blood when someone steps into it, otherwise one cannot see it.do not use the pool control panel to experiment and challenge your programming skills, this can have the effect, that the system shuts off and the pool water might not circulate or not be properly cleaned by the crawler.You might want to use the blower while in the spa, but please shut it off immediately after you enjoy your back massage in the hot tub. We keep the temperature of the pool at a comfortable 80 degrees, and the spa starts warming up at 5PM to be ready for use an hr later until midnight. 7. Do NOT put any perishable or smelly refuse outside, it will attract all sorts of critters that you do not want to encounter when you walk out in the morning. Do not use the large trash bins outdoors for kitchen garbage, raccoons have been known to love those and can reek havoc, if there is no more around. The city requires to use separate bags that are very costly and should therefore be filled to capacity, blue for general trash and garbage, white for glass, paper and plastics. all perishables, like food spoils, should be disposed off in the garbage disposal always under running water, and no bones or flatware, please 8. This is a NON SMOKING environment, ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in the house, if you must smoke, do not do it under the eaves and by an open door, it will permeate indoors just like if you smoked inside. If you must smoke, go to the back of the property with a cup of water in which you put the cigarette buds, not on the lawn or in the bushes 9. Please move all upholstered furniture and cushions under the roof overhang at night, otherwise they will be soaking wet from dew in the morning. When winds are picking up, retract the awning and move all furniture close to the house. 10. Keep the doors to the solarium/conservatory room closed, the wind might bang them around and cause damage, and the orchids do not take kindly to windy conditions
