Description:An attractive air conditioned first floor apartment with a large roof top solarium overlooking a communal pool, attractive gardens, and play area. The solarium has views of the Sierra Espuna mountains and surrounding countryside. The open plan living area is well furnished with a three seater sofa and chair, 32' TV, satellite TV/radio, Spanish digital TV, DVD player, internet connection, books and games, dining table with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, etc. Both bedrooms have two single beds that can be joined to make double beds. Also there is a safe, hair-dryer, ironing board, iron. Outside there is a table and four chairs with a parasol, and sunbeds. The apartment is great for either family or golf holidays and is within easy walking distance of all resort facilities. The beaches of the Costa Calida, the Sierra Espuna Natural Park are within a 20 minutes drive. Bathrooms: 1 Bathroom Bathroom 1 - Toilet, Bath with Shower, Bidet Bathroom towels are supplied. Bedrooms: 2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4 Bedroom 1 - 2 Single Bed, Single beds can be zipped together to make a double bed Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Bed, Single beds can be zipped together to make a double bed Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, bedside table and lamp. The two single beds can be zipped together to form a double bed if required. Bedroom 1 has a wall mirror, and a safe for use of visitors. Notes: The apartment has a large roof top solarium, ideal for sunbathing. On the solarium there is a table with 4 chairs and a parasol, also provided are two sun loungers. On the first floor balcony there is a bistro table and two chairs. Visitors are requested not to smoke in the apartment, but are free to do so on the balcony or solarium. In the Al Kasar town center there is currently a supermarket, The Clover bar, 3 restaurants, tapas bar, icecream parlour, souvenir and gift shop, 2 furniture shops, estate agents, the community administration offices, and Alhama Council offices. The Condado Club has a bar that serves Tapas and light meals, a function room and tennis, squash, and paddle tennis courts etc.... The golf clubhouse has a bar which also serve snacks. DAILY RATE: 1 Apr 2013 31 May 2013 £225 per week or £35 per night min. 2 nights 1 Jun 2013 31 Aug 2013 £250 per week or £40 per night min. 2 nights 1 Sep 2013 31 Oct 2013 £225 per week or £35 per night min. 2 nights 1 Nov 2013 31 Mar 2014 £200 per week or £30 per night min. 2 nights A deposit of £100 is payable on booking with the balance of the rental to be paid at least 4 weeks prior to commencement of the rental. For bookings within 4 weeks the full rental is payable at time of booking. For all bookings a refundable security deposit of £150 is required, which will be refunded once our property manager confirms that there are no breakages or damages. Payments may be made by Bank Transfer, Paypal, or Cheque ( cheques only if received at least two weeks before the booking commences). For all bookings there is a 55 Euro fee payable on arrival to our property managerthis covers meeting and greeting you on arrival plus cleaning if the apartment and laundry of linen after departure
