The bedroom has a Queen bed, and a twin memory foam mattress lives underneath the bed, which would work well for a child or teen. The apartment is a 3-flight climb with no elevator. It is close to the city of San Francisco, but also offers miles of hiking and biking trails, as well as many beaches on the other side of Mt. Tamalpais (2600 ft). Cute towns with great restaurants, shops and galleries dot the county include Sausalito, Mill Valley, Larkspur, San Anselmo. Ferry service from Larkspur, and bus service from the neighborhood are readily available into San Francisco. The apt. is also about 40 min. by car from Napa Valley, and Sonoma County where several hundred wineries offer tastings.
