One entire wall of the living room, dinning and kitchen area is glass, looking out on a covered patio and large back yard. The floor plan is ideal for two couples or a family. Two bedrooms, a full and half bath are in one wing of the house, another bedroom and full bath are in the other. The living room, dining area and kitchen are in the center of the house, providing complete privacy between the two wings. The Retro Retreat is just minutes from the Sonoma Plaza (2.4 miles) for shopping and dining experiences, and within walking distance of the world famous Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa. In just a few minutes, heading North on highway 12, you will visit dozens of the best wineries California has to offer. Description:Stay in my cool waterfront lilypad. Kayak off the deck during high tide (a three hour window twice a day). Lounge on the deck, grill your dinner on the gas BBQ and soak in the mini hot tub for two. Hike or frolic at China Camp State Park. Wander along a jetty with breathtaking views of the bay and mount Tamalpais. Ride some of the best marin county mountain bike single track or use my beater bikes to discover a hidden neighborhood labyrinth. My house is divided in two so my unit is in the back. It is however quite soundproof as there is a 'buffer' room in between. No worries about privacy. It is completely private and is not a shared space. This is not the place to host a party and please take the time to fill out a profile and have a clear photo.
