This villa sits on 12 acres over looking the valley, offering very nice views both day and night. We've provided early morning and evening views in the photos as well as a 'tour' through the home beginning from the entry, through the living and kitchen areas and bedroom areas. n nAs our guests drive in, a large ample driveway provides comfortable parking for 3 vehicles. Walk in through the courtyard to the front door and onto the marble entryway. To your left is the kitchen, great room and breakfast nook. Straight ahead is formal dining, with large view windows and french doors out to the patio, bbq and outdoor furnishings. To the right is the room with the pool table and aupair suite, complete with kitchenette and 2nd living area and bedroom with twin beds. n nUpstairs is master bedroom and guest bedroom, each with king bed, and another bedroom with queen bed. The master has a large bathroom with his and hers sinks, stall shower and large separate bathtub. There is a balcony as well for evening star gazing or morning coffee. n nNear Wikiup, there is an easy 9 hole golf course, in Windsor there is a challenging 18 hold course and of course Mayacama is a beautiful private 18 hole course. Two regional parks are nearby, Shiloh Regional and The Foothills for biking, hiking and horseback riding. The Airport Health Club offers daily passes for pool and workout activity, and Larkfield/ Old Town Windsor offers a multitude of shopping opportunities and restaurants.

Children under the age of 3 are not included in this limit. - A maximum of 18 guests on the property at any time, except for Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas when the limit is 35. - Special events (weddings and other large gatherings) which exceed these limits require a Use Permit which can be obtained from the county, but may require a lead time of 6 weeks or more. - No amplified music outdoors at any time, and quiet hours from 10PM to 9 AM. Non-Compliance with the ordinance can result in loss of the right to operate as a vacation rental and significant loss of revenue to the property owners. Guest activities triggering complaints to the county are unacceptable, and may result in legal action to recover potential lost income.
