Two of the five plus bedrooms are master suites with separate baths. One of the master suites has a Jacuzzi bathtub, a large shower with several shower heads, and a triple tray ceiling with 9 and 10 foot ceilings throughout the balance of the home. nIdeal for two or more families or couples. This home features a formal entry, three living rooms, a dining room, a large kitchen with an eat-in bay window, a utility room, and a lanai (screened-in porch). It also has three oak interior staircases (one of which is a winding staircase) with custom-made newels, oak spindles, and handrails. A vaulted plank pine ceiling and a see-through fireplace are in one of the living rooms with custom-built crown molding, fluted columns, and medallions throughout the house. Plantation shutters and custom-made draperies are also offered. nThere are views of the water from both the front and the back of the house. Almost every room has a water view. Enjoy the lush tropical vegetation and terrific privacy by the pool, which has sun throughout the day. There is a playground area with a playhouse, swings, and sand for the children along with a gas grille for barbecuing. The pool is heated by an electric heat pump in the winter, always a favorite over solar. The pool and playground areas are fenced in.
