The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, coffeemaker, pots, etc. The dining area has sliding glass doors leading onto a large screened lanai, where you can dine or have a glass of wine while admiring beautiful views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. n nThe master bedroom has a king-size bed, its own bath with shower, and a 20 flat screen LCD TV. There is another screened lanai off the master bedroom overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a 13 TV. Both bedrooms have large closets and plenty of storage space. There is another full bath with tub next to the second bedroom. n nThe condo has its own washer/dryer and free Wi-Fi internet access. In addition, there are computers in the condo 's clubhouse for guests ' use. n nOur spacious two-bedroom condo is part of Sanibel Arms West, one of the best-managed, best-value complexes on the island. Leading off from here is the large fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Everything is provided for you. We have a cooker with high speed halogen hob, microwave,dishwasher,waste disposal unit,fridge-freezer with ice-maker and filtered water supply,coffee maker and toaster. There is another table in the kitchen with seating for four, ideal for breakfast overlooking the pool. There is also counter seating at the breakfast bar. The family room leads of from the kitchen. Here you can relax in front of the T.V with multi-channel cable, DVD and Hi-Fi. Patio doors from both the family room and kitchen lead out onto the large lanai with the heated swimming pool ,table and plenty of chairs to relax in. Our oversize pool measures 28 'x14 ' and looks out onto the lake. Luscious planting both enhances the views and gives complete privacy. What better than relaxing in the evening with a cool drink watching the sunset as the ducks paddle by. Completing the downstairs is a Guest suite, with Queen size bed and a full bathroom.
