Description:This one bedroom apartment is situated on the top floor of my Finca with its own private entrance and terraces. It is located 2 1/2 km from the village of Riogordo, at the bottom of a valley and looks out onto the river. While away the hours sitting on the terrace and watch the birds coming in to feed, there are currently pairs of herons and egrets in residence. The bedroom is in the old part of the house and has a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment will sleep 2 comfortabley or 4 at a push. It is an ideal base for exploring the Andalucian country side either by car, walking or by bike. Or possibley even by horse (I have a spare one available for experienced riders only.) Well behaved dogs are welcome. .

Description:Casa Beni is on the edge of the beautiful white washed village of Canillas de Aceituno, high up in the Axarquia region of the Costa del Sol. It sits on its own large terrace which looks down the valley towards the Mediterranean below - the views are magnificent. n nThere are three double rooms, two have bathrooms en-suite and one has a private shower room. The beautifully decorated open plan living-room opens up onto the terrace via two sets of french doors making it bright and airy. Outside there is a large mosaic table which can seat up to ten people. The swimming-pool is set on its own gated terrace below, so it safe and child proof. There is also a ping-pong table and basket ball net. n nThe village centre is a 5 minute walk from the villa making it so convenient for shopping and eating out or just going for an evening stroll. Casa Beni is perfectly placed.
