We are 2km from the village of Ventorros where there is a bar/restaurant and a shop. 10 mins away by car is one of the last unspoilt white hilltop village of Comares with 3 banks, bars, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy The nearest seaside resort is Torre del Mar,(takes 30 min by car.) You can also play golf at a variety of courses and shop and visit the local markets. The price quoted is for occupation of the villa for the week,by a 4 adults and upto 4 children Bathrooms: 3 Bathrooms Bathroom - Toilet, Shower Enclosure, ensuite to master bedroom Bathroom - Shower Enclosure, Toilet, next door to the upstairs guestroom Bathroom - Toilet, Bath with Shower, downstairs for the use of children and for access to pool As well as the en-suite the other 2 bedrooms have their own Showers with toilet and washbasins. and one with bath Please always be conservative with water usage as this region is dependent on, and committed to, water conservation. There are electric points for shavers and toothbrushes. Bedrooms: 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 8 master - 1 Large Double Bed, en suite twin - 2 Single Bed, shower adjacent large twin - 2 Single Bed, 1 Cot, bathroom near lounge - 1 Sofa bed/Futon, bathroom near 1 double king size, 4 twins, 1 cot there is a sofa bed in the downstairs reception room there is the facility to sleep in either of the 2 sitting rooms. All bedrooms have their own bath/shower facilities either en suite, adjacent or if downstairs a short walk from the larger twin bedroom. All have wardrobes and hangers bedside tables and chests of drawers as well as bedside lights and mirrors. All beds will have freshly laundered sheets pillowcases and duvet covers together with towels for personal use. There are not beach-towels however and we would appreciate it if you bring your own towels for beach use.All shower rooms have lavatory and washbasin and central heating radiators. In the downstairs bathroom there is a full size bath with shower. There are central heating radiators in every room including the bathrooms. Notes: Villa las Encinas is situated close to the village of Los Ventorros and the white hilltop town of Comares.. and is accessed by a good tarmac road. The spacious villa is detached and there are wonderful views from the house. There is a typical Spanish courtyard with patios and a swimming pool. Around the house large helm oaks and Caribbean trees providing shaded areas should you wish them. The villa has everything necessary for a relaxing year round holiday For recreation there is a table tennis table, an abundance of books and music,as well as a 32inch flat screen LCD television with satellite for all terrestrial British TV with DVD player/recorder. Help is always at hand should you have a medical problem or need a translator for any difficulty. We can provide a baby sitting service at the local rate . For those of you who smoke we ask that you only do so outside and on the 1st floor balcony. Entertainment at Las Encinas: If you want to chill out at the villa all day and the kids are restive there are an array of games videos and DVDs to amuse them if they tire of being in the pool with the various pool toys available. There is a full size table tennis table ,bats and balls for the whole family's amusement and satellite TV with a 32' LCD system linked to British channels is available.We also have state of the art DVD system and a separate small TV which has a video recorder( there are an array of child and more grown up films available in video and dvd formats.There is a huge selection of board games.We also have a large collection of books for reference and fiction (many of the classic modern works of fiction on the shelves). Additional information about rental rates Please note Easter and Xmas weeks are not included in the tariffs quoted for the dates above a high season rate will be applied for these 2 holiday periods. Easter week 6 April to 14th April If you wish to book for longer than a month in low season we will only charge a weekly rental of 200 euros. In high season a special discount of 20% is available for bookings of 4weeks or more A deposit of 200 euros is payable upon confirmation of booking paid direct to a spanish bank account and the rental is due 6 weeks prior to occupancy. .... If a booking is cancelled after the rental has been paid then the deposit and 50% of your rental is non returnable. If you cancel 2 weeks before the date booked then no rental is refundable .
