Description:The apartment is located in the quality residential urbanisation of Riomar 10, Mil Palmeras, in the Costa Blanca. Unlike many Spanish urbanisations, Riomar has an abundance of greenery in its gardens and beautifully maintained pool areas. All of the properties are privately owned, many indeed owned by Spanish people who use Riomar for the occasional weekend or holiday. The urbanisation, pool and playground areas are often quiet, even as we move towards high season. There are also a number of permanent residents and we feel that this also helps raise the standard of the urbanisation. The apartment is 300m from the beautiful Blue Flag beach of Mil Palmeras. It is within walking distance of amenities such as restaurants, bars, supermarket, bank, internet café and pharmacy.
