The spacious upstairs second sitting-room opens on to large terrace. A food pack of milk, bread, butter, eggs, water, beer and wine will welcome you. There is a comprehensive Information Folder in the villa. From November to February it is often clear and sunny between 10.00-17.00 hours, but you will need a sweater/jacket at night and heavier clothing if you go up the mountains. For the cooler months the villa is electrically heated and has a large wood burner in the downstairs living-rm (logs provided). Duvets and blankets in every bedroom. The bunk beds (2 singles one above the other) are sturdy, suitable for adults and children, with deep, comfortable matresses. We like comfort ourselves and we stay here often. All main living quarters are all on ground level so suitable for those with limited mobility. Downstairs: front-door 1 leads to sitting-rm 1, kitchen/dining areas and Aubergine, its en-suite an extra shower room/WC. Avocado, Apricot and their bathroom are accessed through front-door 2 in the center of the villa. Aquamarine and its ensuite shower-rm is accessed through front-door 3 at the end of the house. Upstairs: spacious sitting-rm, shower-rm/WC, large Terrace. Wheelchair access limited. Outside A flagged pathway leads from the patio with dining table, BBQs, shade and swing chair to large, private, walled swimming-pool 12m x 5m with depth from 1.5m to 2m. Cleaned once a week, it benefits from guests using the poolside shower before swimming. Spacious, non-slip tiled terracing surrounds the pool with shaded dining area, table chairs. Plenty of sun loungers (plus cushions). Lights around and inside the pool for night time dining/swimming. Swimming is wonderful between April-October and can be fine for the hardier in the cooler months. The owner has swum in the winter. A large selection of melamine/plastic dining and drinking ware is available to avoid breakages by the pool. Landscaped front garden has a variety of flowering shrubs, bougainvillea, lavendar, herbs and wood-store. The rear garden is unlandscaped with orange, olive and almond trees, grapevines and laid mainly to grass. Large car parking area and shaded car-port for 2 cars. The water is heated by solar panels. Notes on prices 10% discount for Earlybird bookings made over 3 months in advance (applies during low season only) November through March. When a UK bank holiday falls in the low season, then the high season rental of that year is charged. (Example: Christmas and Easter). Final instalment 8 weeks prior to holiday. Your booking will only be confirmed on receipt of deposit. To rent one double bedroom only, plus bath/shower/living/dining/pool, there is a 25 Euro discount per week. Booking notes 25% of the total rental is payable to secure your booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before holiday start date. A refundable key, damage/breakages deposit of 150 Pounds (or Euros from non-UK countries) is required. 10% discount for Earlybird bookings during November-March (excl. Christmas/Easter/Bank holidays). We advertise the villa for 8 people. If you wish to have one or two more (max 10) each extra person will be charged 25 Euros per night.
