Description:Perched on top of a hill, Las Piedras is a 5 year old large 4 bedroom luxury villa. It is ideal for families or groups of friends on walking, painting or activity holidays. With magnificent 360° views across three valleys. It is in a rural location which is very quiet and private, with the nearest village 5 minutes away. The swimming pools are nestled in amongst the rocks and trees in the 2 acre mature gardens which gives the element of peace and tranquility for a perfect relaxing luxury holiday. 3 chemical free, pure water pools, 2 of these being ideal for children. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 master suite with a 2m round bed, en-suite, with an extra sofa bed. Bedroom 2 with king size bed and en-suite. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Bedroom 4 with twin beds plus extra pull out bed. Bathrooms: Open wet room to master suite with shower, sink and wc. En-suite bathroom with power shower, sink and wc. House bathroom with bath, separate shower, twin sinks and wc. Kitchen: Large American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob with extractor, microwave, twin sinks situated on an island with breakfast bar. Air conditioned. Utility Room: Sink, washing machine, ironing facilities, Hoover and cleaning equipment. Living Rooms: Open plan living area with flat screen LCD TV with Freeview, PS2, DVD and video. The olive, Spanish oak, almond and algarroba trees will provide plenty of shade while you explore the wonderful rocks that cover half the grounds of this un-imaginable hideaway. The terraces have potted plants and rock gardens. There are many sunshades to escape the on the main terrace and a small portable BBQ. The terraces are equipped with dining tables and chairs, parasols and sun loungers. To secure the booking, a non refundable 20% deposit is required, with the full balance due 10 weeks before departure. A bond of £500 per rental is also required to be paid with the balance - against the possibility of damage/breakages, non returned keys etc. This amount will be refunded in part or full, within 2 weeks after vacation.
