Description:5 bedroom Villa R05 in Nerja is an elegant roman looking large glorious house set in a fabulous position, just on the outskirts of Nerja. Five bedrooms: sleeps 10-11. Light and airy and spacious enough for a large family or groups sharing. Enter across the huge open terrace around the pool with covered pergola. The house has marble floors throughout every room. There is an 'L'-shaped lounge with an open fireplace, and dining room surrounded by a terrace. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped, there is a cloakroom with a washing machine, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both en-suite. Up the marble stairs to the third twin bedroom with its magnificent roof terraces with views all over Nerja to the sea and surrounding mountains. Below is a completely self-contained apartment, with separate access. Two bedrooms one double and one twin, kitchen/dining room and walk in shower/bathroom. All newly built and modern style with three large French windows overlooking the valley below and across to the mountains. The villa is delightfully private without being isolated. You can walk to the town through the countryside (approximately 25 minutes walk) and easy access being 1 kilometre from the motorway to Málaga. There is also a bus stop 5 minutes walk from the villa which runs every hour. The fare is currently about 2 Euros per person.. Car hire is advised. Description:The B&B is accommodated in Casa Los Eucaliptos, an authentically Andalusian finca of at least 100 years old. The house is fully renovated with retention of its rustical charm. This is shown by the enormous thick walls, the small windows with wooden shutters which keep you cool in summer, the original roof beams and the rustical red flagstone floors. The guestrooms are located at the first floor of the finca, and provide today’s comfort. Every room is furnished with a double bed ( 1.60m wide, 2m length) with 2 matrasses and 2 separate slats which have an adjustable head and foot part. Room La Loma has its own bathroom.Room La Colina has its own ensuite bathroom and a big roof terrace, fully furnished off course. Room El Arroyo and La Loma are situated opposite to each other, connected with a small hallway which gives access to the shared bathroom. Because of the possibility of closing the hallway by a double door from the staircase, these rooms together are very suitable for e.g. a family, with extra space and privacy. There is a big garden, a swimming pool, several terraces and an orchard with playground equipment for the children. At only 30 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea, 50 minutes from Malaga and 60 minutes from Granada,Casa Los Eucaliptos offers you a peaceful place, were silence is disturbed by the sound of nature. Because the house is situated in the valley, winters are nice here, only a little spark of sun is already enough to make it comfortable, and because of an almost constant briese summer is never too hot. The house is reached by a small track, therefore privacy is assured. The guesthouse El Olivo Comares is situated in the big garden, and has its own private covered terrace with bbq. It provides a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms suitable for max. 5 persons, bathroom.
