Steps from the central pool (heated seasonally), boat ramp, private boat docks (if you bring your boat or rent one you can tie up for free with access to the Intracoastal waterway and ocean, and great fishing in the marshes and river). A second public park is next door with public tennis courts, basketball courts, children's play equipment, a fishing dock and a lagoon where manatees live and play. Bait shop in walking distance. Private fishing dock on the Indian River just steps from the condo - almost guaranteed to catch a fish, great for kids. Kayak rentals available 1/4 mile away at JB's - walk down, paddle back. Power boat rentals available in NSB and local fishing guides available for hire. Bicycle rentals available in NSB - great ride to end of the island in Canaveral National Seashore and back is about 6-7 miles and can be challenging in the wind. Master Bedroom has KING size bed and private bath, walk-in closet, and private dressing area. Curtains open to a LARGE glass window with spectacular view of the river and marshes on two sides. Sunsets are spectacular! Fall asleep watching the moon on the water, wake up watching the wildlife in action in the marshes and river. Comfortable Twin Beds in second bedroom. Washer and Dryer inside the unit in hallway. Pull out couch with Queen size bed in Great Room can sleep two and additional love seat can sleep a child comfortably. Queen size Inflatable mattress and folding futon can sleep 2-3 more. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, disposal, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker, kitchen utensils, etc. Dining area with table and chairs adjacent to kitchen. Cable television, DVD, VCR, and stereo. Wonderful screened porch with chairs, small table, and ceiling fan adjacent to great room and master bedroom - perfect to sit and relax and watch nature, read a book, or dine. One car garage adjacent to unit with remote control access, plus parking for an additional vehicle. Linens and towels provided. Outdoor gas grill on front deck for grilling. Telephones included with local access. Watch the Space Shuttle launch 20 miles away (when scheduled).
