Description:Our home, Hacienda del Mar, was renovated in 2005 and we have added two deluxe casitas for your vacation enjoyment. We are located on the Arroyo Grande River in the Zona Residencia section of Guayabitos. It is a five minute walk to the incredible beach of Jaltemba Bay and right next to the Puente de Vida walking bridge that connects to our neighbors in La Penita. n nEach casita is two stories tall with terraces for viewing our beautiful sunrises over the Sierra Madre Mountains. Enjoy the palapa on the main house for the famous sunsets over Jaltemba Bay. The gardens are magnificent and peaceful. The pool is available to all our guests. Maid service is included twice a week. Complimentary wine, beer and a jug of tequila await your arrival. n nOur casitas are best enjoyed by two people however we have comfortable queen size airbeds available to allow for a total of 4 people in each casita at no extra cost. We have a private secure entrance to the property. See RATES. LA CASITA is a completely furnished studio in the exquisitely beautiful private inner courtyard of Villa Chuparosa.. The bedroom area has a double bed & excellent storage & is next to the big really pretty bathroom. The kitchenette has top quality small appliances as listed under amenities. Each new reservation gets new kitchen cleaning supplies & the bathroom steam cleaned. The reading area has a unique raised coffee table on casters for cards or computer.. A 2nd built-in table with 2 stools doubles the work space. Just outside is a table with umbrella next to the pool & with a close view of the hummingbird feeder & the platform feeder in the Jungle Garden. n n The unusual call early each A.M. of the Yellow Winged Cacique, found only in this part of Mexico, announces a breakfast of bananas - a favorite of orioles (4 species) & butterflies as well, Early each AM, with seed for many exotic song birds, Jerry is filling feeding stations when in residence Nov - May. There is a small hospital in Las Varas (20 minutes away) and a larger one in San Poncho. Puerto Vallarta has 4 hospitals, one of which they claim is a state of the art. n n AN ABSENCE OF PESKY FLYING INSECTS allows you to enjoy living outside with just the rustling of palm trees and a constant ocean breeze.
